Decent coffee, there is better in the area

There are so many coffee shops in South Beach, seems like there are dozens of them in a few square blocks. This one had a lot of potential when we walked in, but the latté was just average. I had a much better one earlier in the day at another shop. My wife got the Chai Latte and noted that it tasted a lot more like a pumpkin drink due to all the cinnamon vs. a true chai latte which has more ginger.
If you have a need for coffee and you’re right there, it’s a decent cup of coffee. But you’re literally less than a 2 minute walk from another coffee shop, and probably a better one.
