Really great environment and interesting menu from a chef I have admired for many years. The menu is an interesting blend of flavors and styles from the very traditional to fusion.

Three of us started with a simple bowl of edamame which was huge and also the best I’ve ever had. Then it was essentially sushi tacos with fresh tuna that was awesome. Small tapas style tacos which were perfect for the three of us to share. My colleagues went with three different sushi rolls around salmon and yellowtail that were amazing.

I went with a seafood dish that combines scallops, shrimp, crab, lobster, clams and mussels cooked in a red meat broth. It was quite different and had a bit of a spicy kick. The broth really didn’t meld with the seafood, but it was still quite good. It was more of really good seafood plus a really good broth. Hard to explain but the flavors were more individual than blended as I ate it.

We passed on dessert as the meal was quite large. Great experience for couples and groups.
